Hello, my name is Aphrodite Anderson and I am a Civil Marriage Celebrant based in beautiful Cairns, Tropical North Queensland where I specialize in beach weddings and have one of the best jobs in the world!
If you are dreaming of eloping to paradise, Palm Cove is one of the most popular destinations for beach weddings in Australia. The majestic palm trees, the silky sand and the spectacular view of the Coral Sea provide a stunning backdrop for your beach wedding. Morning ceremonies are especially romantic as the ocean is calm with just a whisper of a breeze.
For nature lovers, imagine exchanging your vows in a pristine rainforest surrounded by native birds and butterflies with only the sound of flowing water, and just a 20 minute drive from Palm Cove.
If you are travelling alone I can provide two witnesses for you as I have friends who enjoy participating. However, as it is illegal to pay them all I suggest is that you buy a small gift such as a bottle of wine or box of chocolates as a thank you for their time.
If you are from overseas and require formal registration, I can apply on your behalf for your official Certificate of Marriage and Apostille Stamp to register your marriage in your country.
As a full time celebrant I take pride in my work which is reflective in my presentation and attention to detail to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Whether it is just the two of you or a few of your closest friends and family members, you can be assured that I will make your wedding day a beautiful and memorable celebration of love.
